Harbor Marine Founder hands the baton to new owner after nearly 50 years at the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place

Harbor Marine, a marine supply and repair business at the Port of Everett, has changed ownership after nearly 50 years. Founder Lauren Bivins is transitioning the company to Steve Carver, CEO of Northwest Marine Services, effective September 1. The business will continue operating under the same name while exploring new initiatives to engage younger boaters and expand services.
