A suspect in a Belltown gas station murder was arrested in Chicago by US Marshals. Micheal Fleming, who worked at the station for four years, is accused of shooting attendant Graeme Dobbeck four times on October 13. Sound Transit announced that reaching Ballard with light rail would cost $10 billion and wouldn’t open until 2042, while West Seattle Link is projected to open in 2035.
