Still Growing: Boulevard Park Place Celebrates 30 Years in Burien

Boulevard Park Place, a family-owned independent-living community in north Burien, celebrated its 30th anniversary with about 100 residents and guests. Founded in 1996 by Merle and Vi Steinman, the 12-acre property now continues under their son Ron and his wife Paula, offering housing and activities for adults 55 and older. Burien Mayor Sarah Moore and community leaders attended the recent celebration, which featured food, music, and a ribbon-cutting. The community will host a Fall Bazaar Fundraiser for Charity on November 6, featuring resident-made quilts.
