VIDEO: SeaTac Police sergeant’s quick response helps extinguish van fire on I-5

A SeaTac Police sergeant helped extinguish a van fire on I-5 earlier this week by using a fire extinguisher from his patrol vehicle while the owner attempted to retrieve his daughters’ belongings. No injuries were reported. The King County Sheriff’s Office, Puget Sound Fire, and Washington State Patrol also responded to the incident.
