Lynnwood cuts ribbon on Scriber Creek Trail Redevelopment Phase 3

Lynnwood celebrated the completion of Phase 3 of its Scriber Creek Trail Redevelopment on September 8, upgrading a 4,000-linear-foot shared-use path from the Transit Center to Wilcox Park. The $7.55 million project converts the original narrow, flood-prone trail into a 14-foot-wide accessible path with bridges and boardwalks, now expected to double usage from nearly 200,000 annual trips. Funding came from federal, state, and local sources including grants from the Recreation and Conservation Office, WSDOT, and Puget Sound Regional Council.
