Safer streets are coming to Maple Leaf and Northgate | LEVY FUNDED

Seattle Department of Transportation is funding street safety improvements in the Maple Leaf and Northgate neighborhoods of north Seattle, focusing on Roosevelt Way NE and Pinehurst Way NE. The project aims to reduce high driving speeds and crashes involving pedestrians and cyclists, with particular attention to the 650+ students who use these routes. This is primarily a Seattle initiative with limited direct impact on Burien residents.
