LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Highline Schools Must Show "Complete Openness" Before Bond Vote
A Burien parent and Highline Public Schools district plaintiff has published a letter criticizing the district’s public records transparency ahead of November’s $643.4 million combined bond and levy vote. The letter, from Kristen Price, references active litigation (Price v. Highline Public Schools, Case No. 26-2-23235-1 SEA) alleging Public Records Act violations. Highline Schools disputes the characterization and says it’s processing requests in accordance with policy and applicable law.
