Medical examiner rules death in SeaTac officer-involved shooting incident a suicide

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Frank Huy Ho, 33, as the man who died in a July 19 shooting incident in SeaTac near South 192nd Street and 16th Avenue South. Ho died from a gunshot wound to the head, and the manner of death was ruled suicide. The incident prompted a large police response near Sea-Tac Airport and area closure for investigation.
