Cities Share SAMP Comment Resources as Public Deadline Moves to Aug. 20

Burien, Des Moines, and SeaTac officials held a July 14 workshop at Burien City Hall to help residents comment on the Port of Seattle’s Sustainable Airport Master Plan (SAMP) Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The Port extended the public comment deadline by 30 days to August 20 at 5 PM. The cities provided presentation slides, poster boards highlighting concerns, a comment letter template, and additional resources to help residents navigate the 6,000-page document.
