Man who drove car off Edmonds ferry dock pleads guilty to vehicular homicide charges
William Russell-Leonard, 29, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of vehicular homicide, second-degree assault, and possessing a stolen vehicle for driving a car off the Edmonds-Kingston ferry dock in June 2025. The incident, which began with a high-speed pursuit on I-5 near Lynnwood, killed two passengers and injured three others. Sentencing is scheduled for August 11.
