Sunday Video: WSDOT's $3 Billion I-405 Fix, with Stride BRT Inbound

Sound Transit’s Stride bus rapid transit network is expanding to serve the region, with the S2 line set to reach Burien by 2029. The nearly 50-mile BRT network includes three lines opening between 2028 and 2029, integrated with WSDOT’s $3 billion Interstate 405 improvements. Buses will run every 10 minutes at peak times in dedicated lanes, offering frequent transit service to complement the regional light rail system.
