Dutch Bros to open first Seattle store in former Starbucks location

Oregon-based Dutch Bros coffee chain is opening its first Seattle location in the fourth quarter of 2026 at a former Starbucks in SoDo (4115 Fourth Avenue S.), not in Burien. The 1,800-square-foot space will undergo remodeling including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical upgrades before opening. Dutch Bros already operates stores in nearby Renton, Fife, and other Puget Sound communities.
