Operation Guardian nets 21 arrests in Snohomish County related to exploitation and sexual abuse of children

A multi-agency operation called Operation Guardian led to 21 arrests across Snohomish County for child sexual abuse and exploitation. One of those arrested, Jimy De Paz Perez, 24, is from Burien. The Washington State Patrol’s Missing and Exploited Children Task Force coordinated the effort involving over 30 law enforcement agencies. Charges include rape, commercial sexual abuse of minors, and other related offenses.
