Seattle waterfront gets Ben & Jerry’s: Ice cream shop to take over space on Pier 54

Ben & Jerry’s is opening a new location on Seattle’s Pier 54, taking over the former Premier Meat Pies space. The 1,252-square-foot shop is expected to open by December 2026 or January 2027, with owners Lance and Moria Blair citing the waterfront’s high tourist traffic as a major draw. A limited-menu pop-up operates through mid-September.
