Nobu, Robert De Niro’s luxury restaurant and residential brand, is coming to the PNW next year

Nobu, the luxury restaurant and residential brand co-founded by Robert De Niro and chef Nobu Matsuhisa, is opening its first Pacific Northwest location in Bellevue in 2027. The development will convert two residential towers at Avenue Bellevue into Nobu Residences and include a 10,000-square-foot restaurant, marking the brand’s first move-in-ready residential development in the U.S.
