Take transit to popular hiking near Seattle with Trailhead Direct | STM FUNDED

King County’s Trailhead Direct shuttle service is returning in 2026, offering transit access to five popular hiking destinations along the I-90 corridor. Thanks to Seattle Transit Measure funding, SDOT will cover 50% of the operating costs. The “Park. Ride. Hike.” service connects Seattle-area residents to outdoor recreation, making trailhead access easier without a car.
