The first nine-story building (Everis) is nearing completion this summer with 234 units and 569 parking stalls—a notably high ratio for transit-adjacent housing. Rents start at $2,200 for studios and $2,800 for one-bedrooms, with parking costs bundled into rent rather than separately charged.
